The house where I now live was semi-derelict and not lived in for 6 years. Joc and I gutted it basically and used only the walls (most of them) - everything else went. The views are great from here.
This is what it looked like in mid January 2011- groundworks clear the site, demolish outbuildings and dig footings for the extension.
Footings trench filed with concrete.
Walls start to go up.
Block and beam floor in place.
Walls gaining height

Drains go in.
Old roof comes off.
New roof goes on.
